Welcome to readyresponders130.com ("Website"), operated by Ready Responders 130 ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this Website, booking services, or making a payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Services

Ready Responders 130 provides CPR, AED, and first aid training services, including in-person and online scheduling options. Course availability, pricing, and formats are subject to change at our discretion.

Completion certificates are issued only after full participation and successful completion of course requirements.

2. Online Booking & Payments

All bookings are made through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens. That said, we also reserve time, instructors, and resources specifically for you.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your training up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled class without penalty.

Late Rescheduling: Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be denied or subject to a rescheduling fee.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are non-refundable.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to instructor availability, low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

Arriving on time

Actively participating in hands-on components

Meeting physical requirements of CPR training

We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance or misuse of equipment.

5. Intellectual Property

All Website content, course materials, logos, text, graphics, and videos are the property of Ready Responders 130 and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Responders 130 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or participation in training services.

Participation in CPR and first aid training involves physical activity, and you assume all related risks.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Ready Responders 130 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
